Living History.

We don’t just tell stories—we keep them alive.

In a world that moves fast, it’s easy to think history belongs in a museum—dusty, static, finished. We believe the opposite. History breathes. It lives in the dirt on work boots, the grain of a barn beam, the lessons passed from father to son. We exist to document the grit—to honor the people, values, and traditions that refuse to fade.

The Origins.

The Oak

The Roots

Standing sentinel on our family farm since long before we arrived in the 1900s, the Oak is our silent witness. It was here before us, and if we do our job right, it will be here long after we’re gone. It represents the history we inherit—the deep roots, the land, the stability that grounds us.

The Showman

The Grit

Tradition is handed down. Legacy is earned. The “Showman” honors 2011—the year I showed a Holstein named Gilda. That season wasn’t about ribbons. It was the proving ground where I discovered my worth. It taught me that potential isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you build, one day at a time.

The Storyteller

The Voice

Inspired by my grandfather, who didn’t just talk but wove history. He taught me that a farm, a business, or a life is only as strong as the stories we tell about it. We exist to capture that same magic—preserving the narrative of how you got here.

Operation Sawdust

"Operation Sawdust" started as a code word, not a cause. In the final weeks of my pregnancy, my dad created it as our family SOS—the signal I'd send when their first grandbaby was on his way.

I never used it. Years later, after my son’s autism diagnosis, my mom reminded me of those words while I was searching for a name for my advocacy platform. It was perfect.

Now it’s not a call for help—it’s a rallying cry. Sawdust is proof of work, the byproduct of building something that matters. We provide resources, advocacy, and a voice for families walking the unique needs path. We’re building a table where everyone belongs.

The Person Behind the Pen.

The Person Behind the Pen.

Some people look at a finish line, a harvest, or a successful business and see the result. I look for the roots.

My passion is finding the story behind the success. It doesn’t matter if your Legacy is built on a century-old farm, a short-track oval, or a business started at a kitchen table—the grit required to make it is the same.

My goal is simple: to capture the spirit of the thing. I help you find the words for what matters most, so the next generation knows exactly where they came from.

Eyes on the stars, boots in the dirt.
